HL Rural gained planning permission for an American barn with stabling, tack room, rug room stabling and kitchen along with an Olympic-size sand school. The permission was obtained on behalf of a professional dressage rider on their land near Wendron, Helston. The site had archaeological and heritage constraints in that it contained a Celtic round. A specialist archaeological report was commissioned along with a ground survey to support the application. This provided the information required to allow the planning officer to support the application, and the applicants were able to gain planning consent.
