We recently assisted a client who required planning permission in relation to an engine house that he planned to convert to a holiday-let property. The applicant required a workshop in the grounds of the engine house in order to be able to store materials and undertake the work required. The application required consultation with Historic England due to the historic setting of the property as well as being situated within a World Heritage Site. We were delighted to be able to assist the applicant in gaining planning approval. If you need assistance with applying for planning permission on a heritage property, please feel free to get in touch.
We were delighted to have gained planning consent for a general purpose agricultural building on a livestock farm near Stithians, Cornwall this month.
